About This Event

Prepared to Serve is back, and we're ready to take your learning experience to new heights! This annual event, proudly organized by the New Hampshire Conference UCC, is dedicated to equipping our congregations with invaluable tools and resources to empower your local faith communities.

Event Highlights:

1. Pathways for Deep Learning: This year, we're reprising an exciting feature – Pathways. These are extended courses that span 4 workshop blocks, delving deeper into specific topics. Each Pathway builds on the previous one, offering a comprehensive exploration of your chosen subject.
2. Family Pricing: We have tried to make our pricing more affordable to families and youth. Because of this we have created a $100 family cap for any family with 3 or more family members and given youth a 50% discounted rate of $25.
3.  Youth Pathway This year we are offering a Youth Pathway focused on youth involvement in our church and have created a Family Price Cap of $100.
4. Four Workshop Blocks: Each lasting 75 minutes, giving you the flexibility to attend up to 4 workshops or 3 workshops if you prefer to take a break for lunch.

Prepared to Serve 2025 is your opportunity to expand your knowledge, connect with like-minded individuals, and take home resources that will enrich your congregational experience.

Registration

*Each registrant must have their own email. If you do not have access to the internet, or if you are doing a mass registration and do not have a unique email address for each registration, please contact Cameron Keller at 603-225-6647 for assistance.

Refreshments and Lunch

The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, refreshments, and a lunch with option to eat in the cafeteria or box it for consumption during a workshop. Because the food service department doesn’t have a registered dietitian available, we are unable to honor special requests. 

Offering

The offering received during the opening worship will go to support the drought relief efforts by our Ukama Partners, the UCCZ-United Church of Christ in Zimbabwe. Read More Here

Exhibitors

The Exhibit Area will be open throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to visit with the representatives of these local, state, and national organizations. 

Child Care

This year we are offering a Youth Pathway focused on youth involvement in our church and have created a Family Price Cap of $100, but if you require childcare in order to fully participate in this event, we ask that you make your own arrangements. Accessibility

Pembroke Academy is an accessible facility with designated parking at the main entrance. If you require additional accommodation in order to fully participate in this event, we ask that you make your own arrangements. The NH Conference will reimburse you for 50% of the cost, up to a maximum of $200. Please submit reimbursement requests to [email protected] with either a written estimate or receipt two weeks in advance.
